Bring us your bookings. We'll build the timeline.

Forward a confirmation, ask the AI Planner, or type it in yourself. However a booking arrives, TripTraverse drops it into the same day-by-day plan, in order, with the documents attached.

    Step 1: Build

Bring in the bookings. Get back one timeline.

Forward what you have booked, ask the AI Planner, or type it in. Whichever you use, the trip assembles itself into a single plan you can read top to bottom, with no browser tabs, no folders, and no spreadsheet.

    Choose your starting point.

    Forward it

A confirmation sent to the address on your Inbox page, or the PDF dropped in. Dates, times, and references are read out of it.

    Ask the AI Planner

Chat about a city or a free afternoon and save the ideas you like as unbooked placeholders.

    Type it in

A name and rough dates, then stays, transport, and activities by hand.

    It becomes one timeline.

    In order, day by day

Stays, transport, and activities sit on the day they actually happen, across as many cities as the trip has. Multi-leg routes stay together, and travelers can be assigned to individual legs.

A calendar view when you want the wider shot

Switch out of the day-by-day list to see the shape of the whole trip, then drop back into the detail.

The Free plan includes monthly allowances so you can try the automatic routes (5 imports, forwarded emails and uploads together, and 10 planner questions per month), and Plus removes the caps. Adding items by hand is unlimited on every plan, with up to 2 active trips at a time on Free. See every limit.

    Step 2: Refine

    Perfect it before you go.

Once the trip is on one itinerary, TripTraverse does the double-checking for you, calculating the dead hours and catching the unbooked legs while there is still time to fix them.

    Dead time, flagged

    Plus

Gap Alerts is a wait-time calculator. It automatically works out the hours between one booking and the next (you land at 9 AM, the hotel checks you in at 3 PM) and flags them on your itinerary, so those hours turn into lunch and a museum instead of a lobby chair.

A gap called out on the itinerary, with the hours until check-in measured and somewhere to put them offered alongside.

    Nothing left unbooked

    Every plan

As departure gets closer, the Trip Health view shows which parts of the trip are booked and confirmed and what still needs attention. A missing transit surfaces now, not at the airport.

The Trip Health view for one trip. Every stay and leg says whether it is booked, and the missing transit is flagged in red.

Documents on the item they belong to

Tickets, insurance, and confirmations live on the booking they came from. At the counter you open the item, not a camera roll with a queue behind you.

    Step 4: Share

    Keep the group in sync.

A plan only helps if everyone else can see it. Hand the trip over without handing over the controls.

    A read-only link

Send the itinerary by text or email. No account is needed to open it, and nobody who opens it can change your plan.

    A PDF you can print

Export the full itinerary as a clean, formatted PDF, useful for the stretch of the trip where there is no signal.

    An itinerary in their inbox

On Plus, send the itinerary itself to specific email recipients: the formatted plan lands straight in their inbox, with no link-chasing required.

    Travelers and trip access

Assign people to specific bookings, legs, and activities, and give a companion access by email or invite link so they follow the trip from their own TripTraverse account.

The read-only itinerary a recipient opens from the share link, with no account and no edit controls.
