Built for how you actually travel.

Skip the data entry, control every detail, and keep the whole group in sync. TripTraverse has the exact tools for the way you plan.

    Zero Data Entry

Stop digging through your inbox at the rental counter.

If the mental load of organizing a trip gets to you before you've even packed, hand the logistics over. Forward it, upload it, and let the itinerary build itself.

    Smart email & PDF imports

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Forward a booking confirmation to the forwarding address shown on your Inbox page, from the address on your account, or drop the confirmation PDF or a screenshot into the Inbox instead. The same extraction runs either way, and either way counts as one import: the dates, confirmation numbers, and addresses are pulled out for you and plotted onto your trip, and the file itself stays linked to the event it belongs to. A file you attach to an item can be read the same way with Read document, and that counts as a document read instead.

*5 imports (emails and uploads together) and 5 document reads per month, and 10 documents per trip on Free · Unlimited on Plus

    AI Planner

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Chat in plain English to brainstorm activities and restaurants, then save the ones you like straight to your itinerary as unbooked placeholders.

*10 planner questions and 5 destination suggestions per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

    URL activity extraction

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Paste a link to a tour, a restaurant, or an attraction page and the name, the address, and the opening hours are lifted into a ready-made activity, with nothing retyped out of a booking page by hand.

*5 website reads per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

This is the inbox view on the web app. Forward a booking confirmation to the address shown, or drop a screenshot, photo, or PDF straight in.
    Total Control

Upgrade your spreadsheet. Let the itinerary do the math.

For travelers who want precision: layovers you can actually use, and multi-city routes that stay in order without a single formula.

    Gap Alerts

    Plus

Gap Alerts is a wait-time calculator. It automatically works out the hours between one booking and the next (you land at 9 AM, the hotel checks you in at 3 PM) and flags them on your itinerary, so those hours become lunch and a museum instead of a lobby chair.

    Multi-destination itineraries

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Chain cities, stays, multi-leg routes, and activities into one day-by-day itinerary, with a calendar view for the wider picture. Every plan gets unlimited items per trip; Plus adds auto-created drives when a rental car covers a gap between your stops.

*2 active trips on Free · Unlimited on Plus

    Trip Health

    Free

As departure gets closer, the Trip Health view shows which parts of the trip are booked and confirmed and what still needs attention, so a missing transit surfaces now, not at the airport.

Gap Alerts on the itinerary. The hours between a landing and a hotel check-in are flagged, with ideas for filling them.
    End the Chaos

Plan the trip without the group chat chaos.

If you're the designated planner, TripTraverse answers “what time is our flight?” so you don't have to. One shared itinerary keeps everyone on the same page, whether they're traveling with you or following along from home.

    Synced trip access

    Free

Share the trip with your travel companions by email, or hand them an invite link. The trip appears in their own TripTraverse account, so they can check the itinerary themselves. Can view, on every plan, lets them read it and complete the tasks you assign them. Can suggest and Can edit, which need Plus, let them propose items or change the plan with you.

    Share without an account

    Free

For the people who just want to see the plan without logging in: send a read-only link that needs no account to open, or export and print the whole itinerary as a PDF. Plus adds password-protected links for extra security, and delivery of the itinerary to named email inboxes.

    Safety Report

    Plus

A privacy-filtered version of the trip for the people back home: it shows where you are and when, while costs, private notes, and other sensitive details are excluded by design.

A shared itinerary exactly as the recipient sees it: read-only in the browser, no account needed.

    Build the plan

    Smart email & PDF import

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Forward a booking confirmation to the forwarding address shown on your Inbox page, from the email address on your account (or from another sender address you've verified in settings), and the dates, times, confirmation numbers, and addresses are extracted for you and plotted onto your itinerary. Prefer a file? Drop the confirmation PDF or a screenshot into the Inbox and the same extraction runs on it, counted as an import like the email. Either way you end up with a real trip item you can price, annotate, and attach documents to, instead of a paragraph you have to retype. A file already attached to an item can be read too, with Read document, and that counts as a document read instead.

*5 imports (emails and uploads together) and 5 document reads per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

Incoming Confirmations on the web app. Each forwarded booking lands here with the trip it was filed to.

    AI Planner

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Chat in plain English to brainstorm destinations, neighbourhoods, restaurants, or the half-day you haven't filled yet. When the planner suggests something you like, save it straight to your itinerary as an unbooked placeholder: a real slot on your itinerary you can firm up once you've actually booked it. Nothing is added behind your back: every suggestion is yours to keep or ignore.

*10 planner questions per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

    Multi-destination itinerary

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Chain cities, stays, multi-leg routes, and activities into one day-by-day itinerary, with a calendar view when you want the wider picture. Travelers can be assigned to individual legs, so a group that splits up for an afternoon still reads clearly. However an item arrived, whether forwarded, AI-suggested, or typed in by hand, it lands in the same place, in order. Every destination on the trip also has a page of its own: that city's stays, routes, and activities with their cost subtotals, alongside its live weather, its AI suggestions, and the notes, Pinned Ideas, and journal entries you kept while you were there.

*2 active trips on Free, unlimited on Plus · Unlimited stays, transport, and activities per trip on every plan

A multi-city itinerary on the web app, scrolling day by day through the stays, transport, and activities in order.

    AI destination suggestions

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Once a destination is on the trip, its page can ask for ideas at that place: three at a time, in a category you choose, filtered by tags such as budget, family friendly or rainy day, each with what it costs and how long it takes. Save the ones worth doing straight onto the trip as activities, then ask for more: the next three never repeat an idea or name a place already on your trip.

*5 destination suggestions per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

Suggestions for one city, each with its rating, the time it takes, and what it costs, and a button to save it onto the trip.

    URL activity extraction

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Paste a link to a tour, restaurant, or attraction page and the key details are pulled into a trip item in seconds, with no copying of addresses and opening hours out of a booking page by hand.

*5 website reads per month on Free · Unlimited on Plus

URL extraction on the web app. A pasted link becomes an activity with its details already filled in.

    Gap Alerts

    Plus

Never get caught waiting in a lobby. Gap Alerts is a wait-time calculator: it automatically works out the gaps between one booking and the next (a flight that lands at 9 AM against a hotel that checks you in at 3 PM) and highlights them on the itinerary, so you can plan lunch or a museum for the hours in between instead of discovering them on the day.

Gap Alerts on the itinerary. The hours between a landing and a hotel check-in are flagged, with ideas for filling them.

    Auto-created drives

    Plus

When a rental car overlaps a gap in the route, TripTraverse notices and offers to create the drive for you, so the gap never sits silent and the car you already booked is on the itinerary doing the job you booked it for.

A booked rental car is what prompts the offer, and the drive from Florence to Siena stays a proposal until you choose Add this drive.

    Refine the details

    Document library

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Upload tickets, insurance PDFs, and confirmation screenshots, and link each one to the item it belongs to. At the counter you open the booking, not a camera roll you have to scroll through with a queue behind you.

*10 documents per trip on Free · Unlimited on Plus

The document library for a trip. Every file is tagged by type, and the two QR codes name the train and the tour they are attached to.

    Cost tracking

    Free

Log costs on stays, transport, and activities (in different currencies where the trip crosses borders), and the expense views keep a running picture of what you're spending: a ledger of every expense, a budget overview, and breakdowns by category. You can see what the trip is going to cost before you leave the driveway.

    Included on every plan

The trip's spending by category against its budget, with the overrun called out alongside.

    Trip Health

    Free

As departure gets closer, the Trip Health view shows how ready you actually are: which parts of the trip are booked and confirmed, and what still needs attention. A missing transit or an unbooked return flight surfaces while you can still do something about it.

Trip Health for one trip, from home to home. Every stay and booked leg shows in green, and each transfer with nothing planned yet offers to add a route.

    Travel Journal

    Free(Free plan limits apply)

Capture photos and notes day by day, without the pressure of making a scrapbook. The trip lives on somewhere better than a camera roll you'll never scroll: attached to the days and places it actually happened in.

*3 photos per trip on Free · Unlimited on Plus

A journal entry with its photos, linked to the city and the activity it belongs to.

    Loyalty programs & perks

    Plus

Store airline and hotel loyalty numbers and memberships in one place with the status tier and the perks that come with each, and see a clear flag when a membership is about to expire, well before the trip that needed it.

Airline, hotel, and card memberships in one place, with their status tiers, their perks, and the one about to expire flagged.

    Trip & packing templates

    Plus

Save a finished trip as a template and start the next one from it, ideal for the business trip you take monthly or the family getaway that repeats every year. Packing templates come in two kinds: every plan can preview and apply the built-in ones, and Plus lets you save and change your own.

Starting a new trip from a saved template. The destinations, stays, routes, and activities come across, and you set the dates.

    Booking window alerts

    Free

An alert when a booking window is about to open, in the trip's Urgent Actions and the notification bell on every plan, 1, 24 or 48 hours ahead as you choose. On Plus the same alert also reaches your email.

The urgent actions on a trip. One booking window is open now, another opens in a day, and both surface before the deadline.

    Share the trip

    Safety Report

    Plus

A shareable report built for the people back home: it shows where you are and when, while costs, private notes, and other sensitive details are excluded by design. Peace of mind for them, privacy for you, without sending anyone a link to your whole itinerary.

Share a trip report with family that shows where you are, without showing what you paid.

The Safety Report as the people back home see it: where you are, when, and which hotel, with the costs and private notes filtered out.

    Public share links

    Free

Generate a clean, read-only web link to your itinerary and send it by text or email. No account is needed to open it, and nobody who opens it can change your plan.

The share dialog with a public link generated, and the sections of the trip it will show listed above it.

    Password-protected & email sharing

    Plus

Put a password on a shared link, or restrict it to a single named email address. When you would rather deliver than link, Plus can also email the itinerary itself to any recipients you choose, as a summary or a PDF attachment.

The same dialog on Plus, with a password set on the link and Email-specific access, tied to one email address, beside it.

    People & trip access

    Free

Add travelers to a trip on any plan and assign them to specific bookings, transport legs, and activities. You can also give a companion access by email or by invite link, so they open the trip in their own TripTraverse account and stop asking you for the flight time.

The Share trip dialog: an invitation by email with its own access level above, a copyable invite link below, and what the recipient can do stated under each.

    Itinerary PDF export & print

    Free

Export a polished PDF of the full itinerary, formatted and ready to print, hand over, or keep in a pocket for the stretch where there's no signal.

The exported itinerary as it prints: destinations, flights, hotels, and activities laid out page by page.

    Track your travel history

    Free

Powered by: Your Atlas. Keep a running count of your lifetime travels. As you log trips, a visual map automatically stamps the countries you have explored, and opening a country drops pins on the cities you visited there.

Clicking a country opens it beside the map, with a photograph of the place and its passport stamp, this one marked by hand rather than drawn from a logged trip.

    Offline viewing

    Coming with the app

Offline viewing arrives with the companion app for iPhone and Android: your documents list stays readable with no connection, ticket images are downloaded when a trip opens, images stay cached once you have opened them, and the viewer tells you when you are offline. A PDF needs a connection, and so does making a change. Until then a trip still travels without signal the old-fashioned way: export the itinerary as a PDF or print it and it needs no connection at all, and on Plus you can send that itinerary to specific email recipients so it is waiting in an inbox before you lose service.

The companion app's Documents list in airplane mode. The list stays readable with no connection, and the app says it is showing saved info.
